Following the purchase of this 100-year-old villa in Northcote Point on Auckland’s North Shore the new owners wanted to stamp their personality on their new home with colour.
Like many villas’ of this age, the home needed meticulous preparation to ensure the final finish would last. With intricate filigree and sash style windows, the house painters attention to detail ensured that the final exterior painting was completed to the very stringent Master Painters quality.
The colour used on the weatherboards was Resene Iron and Resene Alabaster for the windows and trim. The front door was changed to Resene Tuna and the deck to Resene 1/2 Grey Chateau. The house painters also painted the roof which was painted in Sandstone Grey.
