This beautiful villa has stunning intricate features that required patience and attention to detail to really restore this home’s interior.

With the age of the home, many walls needed extensive plastering work to provide a suitable surface to achieve the finish that the client required.

Doors and windows were thoroughly sanded back, primed, filled and painted. The beautiful but delicate stained glass windows were protected and carefully restored to really capture the age and beauty of this home.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Sand and prepare all wooden surfaces for painting.
All wooden joinery received 1 full coat of primer, sealer, undercoat.
2 coats waterbased enamel on all wooden joinery.
Seal all new plaster.
All ceilings and walls received 2 coats of area specific waterbased topcoats.

Bedroom, Lounge, Dining & Hall Ceilings

Windows, Doors, Architraves & Skirtings

Dulux Aquanamel® Semi Gloss is a non-yellowing, water-based interior and exterior acrylic enamel that dries to a glossy and durable, chip-resistant finish.
